License Fee - $5,000 base fee, which includes:

• 10 mile radius protected territory

• Curriculum -12 week lesson plan for seven different age groups:

  • Mascots (2 to 2 1/2 year olds)

  • Minors I (3-3 1/2)

  • Minors II (3 1/2-4)

  • Majors I (4-4 1/2)

  • Majors II (4 1/2-5)

  • Hall of Famers I (5-5 1/2)

  • Hall of Famers II (5 1/2-6)

• Operations Manual

• Marketing Manual (which includes the following marketing materials):

  • Print-ready, customized Lil Sluggers brochure template

  • One (1) Camera ready customized print advertisement

  • One (1) 3'x10' Lil Sluggers banner

  • One (1) Camera ready customized direct mail postcard template

  • Five (5) Lil Sluggers Staff T-shirts

  • Five (5) Lil Sluggers Baseball caps

  • Inclusion in corporate website:  www.lilsluggersbaseball.com

  • On-site training for up to 3 days at corporate office in Huntington Station, NY

  • (travel costs to be paid by licensee)

  • Use of Lil Sluggers logo and marketing materials for one year

Annual optional support package: $1,200, which includes:

• Monthly teleconference calls with individual licensee to discuss business strategies

• Additional customized marketing pieces

• 2 Days of on-site training at licensees location (licensee pays all travel costs)

• Quarterly newsletter with business strategies and operations advice

Additional territory fee:

• $2500 for 2nd territory, $1,000 per additional territory (10-mile protected territory)

BEYOND YEAR ONE

• $2,000 annual renewal fee, which includes:

• Continued use of Lil Sluggers Logo and Marketing Materials in primary territory ($500 per additional territory)

• Continued territory protection

• Curriculum Updates (one update every 18-24 months)

• One (1) Licensee Training Conference at corporate office in Huntington Station, NY (travel costs to be paid by licensee)
